After cracking a drug gang, mole detective Hsiu and his sweetheart Shirley quit the police for good. At the farewell party, Siu is shot by the gang's escaped ringleader "Dusty Wing". Hsiu's buddies vow to avenge his death. Working on the case, Yu discovers Uncle Te having unusual connection with the drug gang. Hot-headed Terry hurriedly reports his findings on Uncle Te's movement to Michael but is shot by the latter. Michael real identity as the gang's mastermind is brought to light. Meanwhile, Michael asks for help from his American counterpart. For self-protection, Uncle Te holds Yu responsible for Terry’s death. To prove his innocence, Yu tells Michael he has evidences that involves Uncle Te in the drug operation. Michael send Uncle Te to Yu’s girlfriend Amy’s house to recover the evidence claimed by Yu. Uncle Te returns to Michael empty-handed. Holding Yu as hostage, Michael forces Amy to surrender the evidence. Amy reports the plot to Shirley who won't be taken in for Michael's sake. When Yu rushes over to Amy's house she's already dead. Brokenhearted Shirley traps Michael into betraying his own secret. Yu manages to rescue Uncle Te who acts as the main witness to Michael's plot at court...
